Prenatal Mindfulness and Postpartum Support

Anjannette offers group and individualized prenatal support, mindfulness courses and postpartum support.  Becoming a parent is a complex emotional process that can be difficult to navigate on our own.  It is a crucial time to meet your own needs so that you can meet those of your child.   She believes that mindfulness practice can be especially useful as women prepare to welcome their child and for the years to come.
